Return & Refund Policy

At Charutty, we take pride in the quality of our products and your satisfaction. Please read our policy carefully before making a purchase.

1. Return Eligibility

We accept returns under these conditions:

• Items must be returned within 7 days of delivery.

• Product must be unopened, unused, and in original packaging with seals intact.

• Proof of purchase (order number/invoice) is required.

• Final sale items (e.g., discounted/clearance products) cannot be returned.

2. Non-Returnable Items

For health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns for:

• Opened or partially used products

• Products with broken seals or tampered packaging

• Products damaged due to customer mishandling

• Products purchased from third-party sellers

3. Damaged or Defective Products

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect:

• Contact us within 48 hours of delivery at shop@charutty.com

• Provide your order number and photos/video of the issue

• We will arrange a free replacement or full refund

4. Return Process

Step 1: Email us at shop@charutty.com within 7 days of delivery with:

• Your order number

• Reason for return

• Photos of the product (if applicable)

Step 2: We will respond within 48 hours with:

• A Return Authorization Number

• Instructions for return shipping

Step 3: Ship the product to our address (provided in instructions) with the Return Authorization Number clearly marked on the package.

Step 4: Once we receive and inspect the return, we will process your refund or replacement.

5. Return Shipping Costs

• Customer's responsibility: Return shipping for change of mind/incorrect size

• Our responsibility: If the product is defective/damaged/incorrectly shipped by us

6. Refund Processing

• Refunds are issued to the original payment method

• Processing time: 5-7 business days after we approve the return

• Bank/Payment gateway processing may take additional 3-10 business days

• Shipping fees are non-refundable (except for our errors)

7. Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. For a different product:

• Return the original item following our return process

• Place a new order for the desired product

8. Cancellations

• Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placement if not yet shipped

• Email shop@charutty.com with your order number

• Refunds for cancelled orders will be processed within 5-7 business days

9. International Returns

International customers are responsible for:

• Return shipping costs and any customs/duties

• Ensuring the product reaches our warehouse

• Contacting us before returning any items

10. Health Product Disclaimer

Our herbal supplements are designed to support wellness. Results may vary based on individual health, lifestyle, and consistent use. Consult your healthcare provider before using any new supplement, especially if you have medical conditions or take medications.
