Charutty.com ("we," "our," "us") stands behind the authenticity and quality of our sacred spiritual products. This Warranty Policy applies to all products purchased directly from www.charutty.com or our authorized sales channels.
By purchasing from Charutty.com , you ("customer," "buyer") agree to the terms outlined below.
Charutty.com provides a Limited Warranty of 3 (Three) Months from the original date of purchase.
Warranty Start Date: The date of invoice / order delivery confirmation.
Proof of Purchase: Original Order ID or invoice is mandatory for all warranty claims.
Non-Transferable: This warranty is valid only for the original purchaser and cannot be transferred to a third party.
During the 3-month warranty period, Charutty.com will repair or replace (at our sole discretion) any product that fails due to:

| Thread / String Breakage | Natural breakage of the primary string/thread used in malas or bracelets under normal wear conditions. |
| Clasp / Fastener Malfunction | Defects in magnetic, hook, or lobster clasps that prevent secure fastening. |
| Loose Knots / Beads | Loosening of knots between beads that affects the structural integrity of the mala/bracelet. |
| Polishing / Coating Flaking | Premature flaking or peeling of protective coating on karungali mala or metal parts within 3 months. |
This warranty is void and does not apply in the following cases:

| Water / Liquid Damage | Exposure to water, sweat, perfumes, chemicals, cleaning solvents, or extreme humidity. |
| Heat / Sun Exposure | Prolonged exposure to direct sunlight, fire, or high temperatures causing fading or cracking. |
| Natural Color Variations | Gemstones and rudraksha are natural products; slight variations in color, texture, or size are not defects. |
| Normal Wear & Tear | Fading of thread color, minor surface scratches, or natural dulling over time. |
| Tampering / Alteration | Any repair, re-stringing, or modification attempted by a third party not authorized by Charutty.com . |
| Loss / Theft | Lost, misplaced, or stolen products are not eligible for replacement. |
| Size Adjustments | Requests to resize bracelets or malas after purchase are not covered under warranty (service charges apply). |
To file a warranty claim, follow these steps:
Email us at shop@charutty.com within the 3-month warranty period with:
Your Order ID
Clear photographs or video showing the issue
A brief description of the problem
Our team will review your claim within 48 business hours and notify you of the approval or rejection.
If approved, you will receive:
A Return Authorization Number (RMA)
Our return shipping address
Pack the product securely in original or protective packaging.
Return shipping costs are to be borne by the customer (unless the product was received damaged upon delivery).
We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping method – Charutty.com is not responsible for lost return shipments.
Once we receive and inspect the returned product:
Repair will be completed within 5–7 business days, OR
Replacement (same or equivalent product) will be shipped within 5–7 business days, OR
Refund (at our sole discretion, if repair/replacement is not feasible)
After the 3-month warranty period expires, Charutty.com continues to offer paid repair and service support. The charges are as follows:

Note:
All service charges are excluding shipping fees (both ways).
Service availability depends on raw material stock. If a specific gemstone or rudraksha is unavailable, we will offer an alternative or provide a store credit.
Turnaround time for paid services is 7–10 business days.

If a product cannot be repaired or replaced, Charutty.com will issue a store credit or partial refund equivalent to the purchase price (excluding shipping charges).
Refunds are processed within 7 business days after product inspection and approval.
Charutty.com guarantees that all gemstones, rudraksha, karungali wood, and pyramids sold are 100% genuine and ethically sourced. If any product is found to be inauthentic (verified by a recognized third-party lab), we offer a full refund even beyond the 3-month warranty period.
All Charutty.com products are cleansed, energized, and blessed before dispatch for spiritual benefit.
However, individual results may vary. Charutty.com does not guarantee any specific spiritual, health, or astrological outcomes.
Products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. They are spiritual aids, not medical devices.
To the fullest extent permitted by law:
Charutty.com 's total liability under this warranty is limited to the original purchase price of the product.
Charutty.com is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages (including loss of spiritual value, emotional distress, or third-party claims).
